What does, One Day at a Time really mean, and why is that title, and perspective in our lives, important? Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom states Psalm 90:12  (NIV). As I read what the Psalmist wrote of the work and wisdom of numbering, I believe that beginning with the number one may well be the best place to start. I was listening to a podcast recently in which Steve was interviewed on the topic of Winning in Business. I first remember seeing it when I was a small boy. My father kept it on the top left side of his dresser in his and mom’s bedroom. At the time, I was all of seven-years-old. I loved to wear it around the house, as often as my father would let me. I can still remember how my wrist was so small that it barely stayed clasped and in place above my hand. The item from my father’s dresser was a bright and shiny silver tennis bracelet. Dad’s tennis bracelet had a small silver plate in the middle of the chain that wrapped around his wrist.
