Harriet Tubman – Escape from Slavery
“Harriet” – a biographical movie about former slave Harriet Tubman – was initially released in the United States on November 1, 2019. Harriet escaped slavery in the American South and then returned many times, jeopardizing her own safety and helping lead hundreds of slaves still trapped in the South.
